ToyZuki V3 CMS kit

This CMS kit is the same as the V1 CMS kit, but without the SCX10 axle truss.  It mounts the steering servo and servo winch, and also provides a panhard mount for the chassis. The variety of axles used under the V3 chassis leaves the axle end of the panhard up to the end user.  It is very common to use this CMS kit on the V1 chassis when the V1 axle truss is not needed.
